What is love?

What does it mean?

I think there's more to that word

than we see

sometimes.

Love is a gift.

A kindness.

An understanding.

It tells you

that everything will be okay.

It gives you strength

to go on, even when life's

at it's toughest.

Love causes others

to do anything and everything for you,

and you for them.

Love is God's light,

a light so strong

that it shines all across the Earth,

never growing dimmer.

Jesus died

for love

for us.

Love is that something

you can't explain,

that makes you laugh,

or cry,

or pray,

or all, at the same time.

You and I need love to live.

Spread it-love is contagious.

Do you think we could spread it,

from me to you,

and you

to someone else,

until it covers the whole world?

I do. And that would be good,

because I think the world

could use some love

today.
